Membership Policies Payment Agreement After new members complete our unlimited intro month we expect to set up members on a auto-pay schedule using a credit/debit card or bank account. Membership will renew every month until cancelled by member. If payment is declined or returned there is a $15 fee. Cancellation Policy Any member can cancel their membership anytime with a 30 day notice. In order to cancel they must fill out our cancellation form in the gym. Membership Holds Members have the ability to hold or freeze their membership at anytime for a 30 days. Each member has one hold or freeze a year, every hold after that will acquire a $15 fee.
Personal Training Policies Personal training clients will be expected to be paid at least (1) session in advanced to secure their appointment. Personal training clients will be charged for any missed sessions if the trainer or facility is not contacted by 8pm the night before the day of the scheduled session. Clients will have an opportunity to re-schedule any missed sessions within the calendar week without losing the session.
