2018 Swagler Strength Fall Shred

This time, we are offering the exciting NEW option of doing this shred with a teammate or individually.
Starting Measurements: September 22nd (6-10am)
Final Measurements: November 3rd (6-10am)
Our 6 week shred is a results based functional fitness program. We will perform initial measurements including, weight, circumference measurements, and body fat along with set up weekly and monthly goals.
You will receive unlimited classes, 2 body assessments, motivational messages, customized meal plan, you will be educated on how to meal prep, creating balance, and goal setting.
