3 Day - Sports Performance Program 3:30-4:30
Swagler Strength & Performance offers an innovative approach to training athletes. We have built a system to build better athletes through injury prevention and rehab, linear, lateral, and change of direction speed drills & techniques, explosive power development, proper strength training, and sport specific energy system conditioning. Our athletes are supervised by coaches who take great pride in building better athletes insuring they are learning how to run, lift, and maintain their bodies properly. All athletes are also given a customized meal plan geared towards their body types and demands of their sport and training.
