2 Day Speed & Agility Training
Swagler Strength & Performance is the area's leader in sports performance and now we are adding a speed and agility specific program. This program WILL produce faster, more athletic, explosive, and agile athletes. Coach Swagler has a extensive knowledge and experience in speed and agility development through his certifications as Certified Speed & Agility Coach, Level 1 USA Track & Field Coach, and a IYCA Speed & Agility Specialist.
Monday's & Wednesday's 6-7pm
Monday's will be our linear plyometrics, acceleration, top end speed, and mechanics.
Wednesday's will be our lateral plyometrics, footwork drills, change of direction mechanics and speed.
