Kidfit creates a physical learning environment that builds natural process of motor development to increase learning effectiveness and efficiency. We are excited to add boxing to our Kidfit with a Kick - We will teach basic boxing skills, such as stance, protection, movement, standard jab cross hook combos. Strength & endurance development through calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work & partner pad training.
