Having been involved in athletics most of my life; I have been exposed to many types of workouts. I have done a lot of distance running and weight lifting, but as a 50 year old the running was taking a toll on my body. I have done the P90x program for 180 days and liked it but felt it was missing a component to help me with my profession as an electrical lineman. I started at Swagler Strength since its opening and found it to be the best and most enjoyable training I have ever had done. Jamie’s knowledge and training has brought my strength and stamina to my best level of my life. I can endure the challenges my body encounters as an Industrial Athlete and as a Recreational Athlete from Swaglers workouts. As a road cyclist, it has made me a stronger rider with endurance. Any serious athlete should take advantage of Swagler Strength to get your game to the next level. I would recommend anybody from any age who wants to make a life change, to make a commitment to yourself and start training at Swagler Strength.
Swagler's is the right medicine! Last March as my weight and cholesterol levels climbed to all time highs my doctor wanted to start me on cholesterol lowering medicine. I asked him to give me some time to see what I could do with diet and exercise. Having been athletic all of my life I knew my exercise routine was not enough to remedy the situation. I had read an article about Swagler Strength and Performance and decided to look into personal training. I met with Jaime Swagler and my trainer Sean Noonan (both extraordinary trainers!) who developed a fitness and food plan to help me reach my goals. When I returned to my doctor in July my cholesterol levels had dropped into a healthy range, so no need for medicine! In addition I have lost weight and several pant sizes, have greater strength, stamina and confidence! I continue to train at Swagler's and continue to see improvements each week!

Jamie is the complete package when it comes to managing a fitness program. He is not just a personal trainer running you through a set of exercises. He understands how the body works and the nutritional needs for you to meet your own fitness/weight loss goals. His program is perfect for me. I am in a group class setting but my program is personalized to my capabilities and fitness goals.
Jamie has the ability to motivate and push me beyond my self- imposed limits. Each day it seems as though I am achieving another breakthrough and gaining confidence in my abilities.
