Fall High School & Youth Group Strength & Conditioning Sessions
Swagler Strength & Conditioning offers an innovative approach to training athletes. We have built a system to build better athletes through injury prevention and rehab, linear, lateral, and change of direction speed drills & techniques, explosive power development, progressive resistance training, and sport specific energy system conditioning. Our athletes are supervised by coaches who take great pride in building better athletes insuring they are learning how to run, lift, and maintain their bodies properly. All athletes are also given a customized meal plan geared towards their body types and demands of their sport and training.
High School Strength & Conditioning Fall Phase II: September 29th - November 3rd (6 Weeks) M/W/F 4 - 5:15pm: $250
Youth Strength & Conditioning Fall Phase II: October 14th - November 20th (6 Weeks) T & TH 4:00 - 5:00pm: $150
